KAMI TRADING LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) strives to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed by customers in the United States and processed via Stripe. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of your delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable unless otherwise required by law.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team at support@kamitrade.shop within 30 days, providing:
– Order number
– Item name/sku
– Reason for return
- We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label (if eligible) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and drop off at the specified carrier location.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
5. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges.
- A $10 restocking fee may apply for returns of non-defective items.

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital downloads once accessed
- Gift cards
7. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing support@kamitrade.shop. After that window, standard return procedures apply.
9. Compliance with U.S. Law & Stripe
This policy is designed to comply with all applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws. All refunds and chargebacks are processed through Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s U.S. legal terms.
